Christine Espinosa-Erlanda has been named Women in Construction Professional of the Year by the Middle East Consultant Awards. Selected by a panel of regional experts and following an extensive judging process Christine was one of 17 nominees in this highly competitive category.
She was recognised for her diligence, sense of design awareness and her drive to succeed. As a senior associate at Godwin Austen Johnson Christine is responsible for providing design solutions from concept to schematic to detailed design stage. She also develops project proposals and design guidelines, assisting in client presentations, coordinating and supervising activities of the project team and ensuring the correct interpretation based on the client brief and design guidelines.
“Christine is extremely well organised, using her time in a very efficient way, and I have always been impressed by her record of accomplishments both in providing a creative and innovative way of looking at design problems to creating winning designs; her personal record of projects that have received individual design awards is significant by itself and this most recent award is testament to her incredible talent,” said Brian Johnson, managing partner at Godwin Austen Johnson.
The 2020 edition attracted more than 170 nominations across 25 categories and according to the Middle East Consultant editorial team, the Women in Construction Professional of the Year was one of the categories that drew the most nominations.
