As part of its ongoing employee career progression GAJ has promoted leading architects and engineers into key management roles in recognition of their excellent professional skills, due diligence and dedication to the practice and the construction profession in general.
Shounak Patne, who leads our site supervision team, has been promoted to associate partner. He joined GAJ in 2006 as an architect moving up through several promotions thanks to his hard work, diligence and superior contract execution monitoring and contract administration skills. Shounak’s willingness to go above and beyond the requirements of his role and his exemplary leadership skills have made him a popular team member.
Srinivasan Parthiban moves up to senior associate. He has been a key member of the GAJ team for eleven years. An accomplished architect and resident engineer, Srinivasan is often called upon to assist clients and project managers with the day to day construction management activities of individual contractors. Srinivasan’s decisive technical leadership, his dealings with local authorities and interaction between the various project stakeholders to ensure smooth running of a site means he is a valued asset to the practice.
Also a long term employee Hrishikesh Pradhan has been promoted to the role of senior associate. As an experienced site architect, gaining first-hand experience of actual construction execution best practices, he now leads or technical delivery team as well all leading sub-consultant coordination in our pursuit of fully coordinated multi-disciplinary fit for construction packages. Hrishikesh’s promotion is just reward for his excellent technical team leadership skills and direction to his teams. His planning skills and decisiveness in what needs to be prioritised and delivered has made him a popular team leader and he enjoys the respect and support of his team. Hrishikesh consistently achieves set milestones through a highly disciplined pre-planned set of deliverables.
Joseph Samy has been promoted to associate – mechanical engineering. Joseph is a true example of professional perfection and the appropriate application of quality engineering. His soft spoken and humble endurance in pursuing and achieving what is best for the project when challenged is a quality the current industry needs. Joseph’s commitment to resolving tasks at hand has earned him the respect of clients, contractors and those he leads. Joseph brings a very high level of due diligence to both design and construction stages to the practice and we congratulate him on his promotion to the role of Associate.
