The proposed Hotel and Resort development is not envisaged as a heritage project and is not in any way an attempt to re create an old village or fishing settlement. That said however, it is located on the coast, near to an existing fishing village and is scaled appropriately.

The aesthetic approach has been defined as contemporary with local architectural references and features (if any). Being a beach front development the idea is to keep the majority of the buildings white, to be as fresh and open as possible, taking advantage of the sea breezes and natural qualities of the surroundings.

The introduction of the colour blue, reminiscent of the seaside villages of the Mediterranean.
