GAJ competed with a select list of international architects to design this prestigious project. Our submission was successful and we were appointed as lead consultant for both design and supervision services. The project was delivered on time and on budget.

The project is located adjacent to the prominent Clock Tower Monument with a built up area of 1.6 million square feet and provides a vibrant incubation centre for developing new business ventures in Dubai benefiting local business leaders, young entrepreneurs and international business enterprises. The building design is modelled to reflect the urban grain of typical European townscapes and is detailed on a contemporary interpretation of an Italianate theme.
