AN AWARD-WINNING ARCHITECTURE FIRM
In early 2016 we had the pleasure of meeting up with Simon and some of his GAJ team in Dubai to undertake a feasibility and sketch design for a large 3 star hotel property. This followed a short RFP process where Godwin Austen Johnson stood out from the other prospective consultant groups. GAJ proved to be knowledgeable, highly experienced and very cooperative in achieving an excellent design solution within a compacted programme. As an Asia Pacific based hospitality management group it is very reassuring to partner with such a team, and we hope that this project, and others in the Middle East, enable us to work together in the future.

When it comes to school architecture, there are few architects globally that can parallel GAJ. Their unique design for both The Arcadia Preparatory School and Ladybird Early Learning Centre has attracted global attention. One must not forget their MEP division that works behind the scenes to deliver top notch quality. Godwin Austen Johnson are truly world class.

Regina is one of the most talented lighting designers in the region and well respected within the international lighting design community. As both a lighting designer and client myself, she understands the importance for a client of not only providing inspirational concepts and delivering complex design packages, but also that key to these being successfully delivered is to follow these through to site; aiming, tuning and working with architects and interior designers on the fine integration details. I cannot recommend any lighting designer more highly.
Shaza has enjoyed working very closely with your team. GAJ has shown patience and promise through the entire three-year process. It has an inclusive and interactive creative style bringing to life the vision of the various stakeholders. Its team members are devoted, detailed, and driven. The projects had several challenges and GAJ met them with stamina to produce very creative and stylish hotels. Both hotels meant to open in 2017 will be met with great appreciation for their originality and detail.
