Situated on the Northwest beach, Address the Bay provides prime views to the Palm Jumeriah, the Arabian Gulf and adjacent community park. The plot also provides partial views to the Dubai Marina and the city`s skyline. Hence, the design strategy has been to maximize units with prime views.
In keeping with Emaar’s architectural approach, the building is a contemporary interpretation of the local context, with an elegant simplicity and a modulated and proportioned facade with a noticeable capping.
In order to differentiate the branded apartments over the hotel component, there are subtle variations in the facades of both entities. Materials are slightly textured and slightly off white to better offset the window frames and balustrades.
