The client wanted to create new headquarters in a G+7 structure to include a data centre, 400 seat auditorium, food and beverage outlets, exhibition space and associated ancillary services. The proposal called for a connection to the existing company building by means of an enclosed pedestrian bridge link over the existing road to directly connect the two buildings.

In keeping with Emaar’s architectural approach, the building is a contemporary interpretation of the local context, with an elegant simplicity and a modulated and proportioned facade with a noticeable capping. 

In order to differentiate the branded apartments over the hotel component, there are subtle variations in the facades of both entities. Materials are slightly textured and slightly off white to better offset the window frames and balustrades.
