We were commissioned by Al Tayer Motors, one of the top luxury car dealers and auto traders in UAE, to design them a new car showroom facility in Sharjah. In addition to housing their various different luxury brands, such as Range Rover, Jaguar, Lincoln and Ford, the building also contains both new and preowned car showrooms, workshops, spare parts storage and a significant amount of secure car parking to house their existing stock.

The design employs steel frame portal structures to achieve column free spaces in both the showrooms and workshops. Both areas are also naturally lit, which reduces electrical consumption and overall building running costs. The building was completed in 2015, and has proved a great success and valuable addition to the Al Tayer Motors portfolio of buildings.
