The Project is located adjacent to the prominent Clock Tower Monument with a built up area of 1.6 million square feet and provides a vibrant incubation centre for developing new business ventures in Dubai benefiting local business leaders, young entrepreneurs and international business enterprises.

The building design is modelled to reflect the urban grain of typical European townscapes and is detailed on a contemporary interpretation of an Italianate theme. The layout of the office space is process driven and structured on a modular planning discipline to provide an efficient working environment with pleasant internal courtyards, terraces and rooftop gardens to inspire interaction and association of the businesses within.

A Landscaped avenue oriented with views toward the Clock Tower Monument incorporates a public realm with the ambience of a market square, buzzing with activity Inviting and welcoming but with well defined logistics, circulation and linkage. Godwin Austen Johnson competed with a select list of international architects and won this prestigious consultancy.
