The conceptual approach for this mansion is that the mass of the building footprint has been deconstructed to create a series of pavilions in the landscape separated by courtyards and linked via glazed corridors.
A central drop off Porte Cochere arrangement allows dedicated access to the majlis and the private residence as well as the entertainment complex.
The golf clubhouse was designed to reflect a modern interpretation of a traditional dhow in full sail capturing the essence of Dubai's seafaring traditions and the majesty and simplicity of the lateen-rigged dhows as they sailed up and down the coastline of Dubai.
