The Emerald Mansion is the second of the 10,000sqm mansions and also occupies a beach front location. In contrast to the other mansions, this one has the main arrival on the first floor level - via a large entrance lobby which looks out over a double volume living area below, to the Red Sea beyond. Whilst the main service and recreational spaces occupy the ground level, the formal living and dining spaces are at first floor level. Also at first floor level and facing the sea view is the master bedroom. This sits to one side of the entrance and is separated from the living spaces by a narrow courtyard.
All other bedrooms are located in the southern wing of the mansion with their own shared living areas. This wing also has its own dedicated entrance on two levels. Standing apart from the main house and cantilevered above the gardens overlooking the beach is the elevated lounge. This is a freestanding viewing lounge and terrace and enjoys an uninterrupted 180 degree view of the ocean and of Silver Bay.
Adding a touch of elegance emerald brings together the elements of a design beautifully.
The golf clubhouse was designed to reflect a modern interpretation of a traditional dhow in full sail capturing the essence of Dubai's seafaring traditions and the majesty and simplicity of the lateen-rigged dhows as they sailed up and down the coastline of Dubai.
