The curved form of the hotel creates a continuous connectivity to the villas either side and forms a shield to the arrival road and desert, funneling the entrance through the encircling walls to open out into the intimate landscaped enclosure in front accentuating the uninterrupted vista of the Arabian Gulf beyond. The lobby is envisaged as an open portal to the sea with vistas out over the landscaped gardens and marina as well as the water villas on the north eastern groyne. A double volume space opens down into the all-day dining and the gardens leading to the pool and beach below. The hotel lobby is offset from the centre of the building to better angle this arrival view past the marina and out to the open sea.

The interior approach to the hotel is fresh and carefree evoking a sense of an endless summer. A casually elegant decor utilising simple lines and colours and enhancing the contemporary feel of the hotel, completes the resort ambience.
